For all the video length, powerless Tanya gets pulled and stretched by the shirt, which will get almost completely destroyed by the end of the video. She gets pinned to the wall, and punched on her belly, until she collapses to the floor multiple times, but she gets held up by the shirt and punched again.
The focus of the clip is the shirt pull, but there also is a lot of belly punching action, and desperation. Tanya is a really good actress. The video is a combination of extreme POV GoPro chest mounted camera, and fixed camera, all mixed up to provide the best angle possible all the time.
