Estate Agent Caroline Pierce Sells a Problem House by Mesmerizing Client

Estate agent Caroline Pierce is showing a property to a guy but he suspects there is something wrong with it as the service charge is too high. He keeps asking about it but Caroline keeps avoids the question... Until she takes out a pocket watch and soon zombifies the client, making him unable to talk. He orders him to go on his knees and there she begins brainwashing him for a long while, still using the pocket watch on him, and using her sensual entrancing voice which penetrates into his body and mind making him annihilating his willpower. Of course, when he wakes up he is going to buy the house without any second thought.
