NBM Secret Model Tanya
The body sits in the waiting room with a box in her lap (containing Tanya). The body greets the doctor and he tells it to go in the other room, saying he'll be there after talking to Tanya.
He opens the box to see Tanya with makeup on. She apologizes for being so late, her body insisted on getting all done up for a simple doctor's appointment. The doctor brushes this off as "normal behavior" and says it's okay.
He then starts to examine the head as part of the checkup, which basically means touching/messing with her face. It starts off gentle and slowly becomes more and more invasive, but Tanya accepts it as part of the procedure. Afterwards, the doctor begins to question her but before he can she asks to be taken out of the box.
Tanya rests on the doctor's lap as he asks her some questions. He asks her if she's been experiencing any problems with her new body which she's had for about two months. She says that recently her head has been coming off more and more. It's gotten to the point where simply brushing her hair or a light sneeze is enough for her to tumble off. Today, she woke up as just a head and her body wouldn't put her back on. She says it's fine for today since it was the day of her apointment anyway, but she fears that it'll happen while she's at work or out in public.
She also says she's recently been finding random amounts of money in her wallet, but the doctor writes that off as her imagining things. In general, she feels like she made a mistake with the body transplant.
The doctor tries to calm her fears by stroking her hair/face and says that he'll run some experiments to make sure her head stays on more often. Before he goes, she asks if he can scratch her nose since it's been itching and she hates not being able to do anything about it. He does so, which makes her feel better about the situation.
Tanya now hangs by her hair in the middle of another room. There's nothing for her to do but wait as the doctor performs his experiments.
Meanwhile, we see the body posing and stripping for a photoshoot. The doctor runs a modeling site for headless bodies and has secretly been working with Tanya's body for photo shoots. It cuts between the body stripping and Tanya hanging/swaying helplessly from the ceiling.
At some point, Tanya tumbles to the floor. She tries calling out to the doctor (more annoyed than concerned) but nobody comes to pick her up. She tries to move somehow but can't get anywhere with no body. Her nose starts to itch again which only increases her anger.
Eventually the photoshoot ends, and the doctor tells the body that her head is starting to get suspicious so start wearing her more for the time being. The body sighs (through body language) but ultimately thumbs up. It starts to get dressed.
The doctor then sees Tanya on the floor and quickly picks her up by the hair. Tanya starts to yell/complain to the doctor (e.g. not taking this seriously, treating me like toy, etc.) while he apologies. She demands to be put back on her body at this moment, at which point the doctor begins to stall while the body gets dressed, much to the annoyance of Tanya.
Eventually, Tanya gets put back on her body and feels extremely relieved to feel her hands, legs, etc. again. She apologies for getting angry but still maintains that he take better care of her while she's in a headless state. He apologies again and ensures that, after running some thorough experiments on the body, Tanya will have less problems staying on going forward. She's relieved and gets up to leave, carrying the empty box. Before she goes, she notices that her clothes more wrinkly than when she came in, but ultimately thinks nothing of it.
