Storm Arm Held By Two Guys Forced To Go To Concert

In this scene (shot entirely on a tripod, front angle), two guys sit next to their friend Storm, grab her arm in the very tight a specific grip shown in the picture, and announce her that they're going to attend a Metallica concert. Clearly Strom doesn't like the band, as she really doesn't want to go, but the two guys are so excited and anyway tell her that there's nothing she can do, as they are not going to release her arms for any reason until they are at the concert. Turns herself in to the police for unpaid tickets. They come and arrest her, sit with her on the couch, and grab her arms - each guy using two hands to hold her upper arms - she thinks it's unecessary.. eventually escort her away.
