Estate agent Stella is getting her mandate revoked as she hasn't succeeded in selling a house within an acceptable time. The client also makes some rude comment on her look, and that's what turns Stella into pure evil.
She starts claiming she actually sold the house... She lits up a cigarette and becomes blowing smoke on his face, slowly putting him under.
Once he's completely zombified, she makes him sign a contract in which he gives his house to her, for free. That is a good sale.
She orders him to get down to the floor like a worm. She uses him as her personal footrest for her excessively high heels for some time.
She takes off hes shoes and begins rubbing her feet on his face in total disrespect.
After a while, she orders him to crawl out and leave her alone in her new house.
