At the first scene Sophia examines the guillotine and explains what will happen to the camera, with her being placed into the device. She is playful/excited about her job (and her own head in the guillotine) and shows it in front of the camera to her friends.
It is slow, and she seems to enjoy it, playing with the guillotine, her neck ... She orders "Off with my head" and the blade drops - stopping stuck just above her neck.
