Welcoming Her Neighbour Into The Neighbourhood

Mick meets and welcomes the new neighbour Lavinia; they introduce themselves and talk about the neighbourhood. At some point she mention that she likes the neighbours to be obedient, and that puts him a bit off, but she insists that way, and at some point she takes her shoe off and lets it dangle from her finger, starts swinging it and starts chanting relaxing words with her entrancing tone (remember Lavinia is a real life therapist!). He gets sucked in and soon he is zombified, but the entrancement goes on for several minutes. He will collapse into her arm, get closer, until she will make him lick the shoe while going on pronouncing entrancing delicate words...
